Exotic Fruit Pulp for Ice creams, Bakery and Beverages

Fruit pulp generally refers to the unconcentrated pulpy food product derived by means of an appropriate technological process, consisting majorly of total solids from the edible part of the fruit. Pulp is mushy in texture and may contain traces of fruits. It is the most basic product made from fresh fruit processing. It includes both the juice and the pulp, which is the stringy fibre that is frequently removed from the juice.

Fruit pulps may be processed and kept longer without losing colour, flavour, or texture. 

Fruits pulps are generally used to manufacture ice creams, kulfi jams, cake fillings, milkshakes, marmalades, Gelato, fruit-flavoured yoghurt, jelly, fruit drinks, jams, lollipops, and even some speciality beer brewing

Only the highest grade fruit is utilised in its preparation and is the Fruit is usually sorted by hand.
To avoid spoiling the batch, no damaged, rotting, or overripe fruit is processed.
After the fruit has been pulped, the pH may be adjusted using acid additions (citric, ascorbic).

Brix can be changed to compensate for natural sweetness variations. This is done to match the fruit's natural brix level and keep the product consistent (other products in the market will have a nice flavour but will list water and sugar as primary ingredients).
