You can buy without points when prices are down and accumulate points. For every INR 50 you spend, you earn 1 point on sourcegoodfood.com

When prices rise you can use your accumulated points when prices rise. Each point helps you save INR 1 that is 1 point is equivalent to INR 1

Each reward point equals INR 1.00

Using the reward points you can save up to 10% of the order value excluding taxes

You can save up to INR 5000, for a purchase of INR 50,000 and above.

Our silver tier customers can save up to INR 10,000 for a purchase of INR 100,000

Our Gold tier customer can save up to INR 0,000 for a purchase of INR 500,000

Yes, we you can use reward points to avail other services such, as free shipping, on eligible orders. We regularly update the list of services that we provide with reward points

No, VIP Reward points can be used only on sourcegoodfood.com while placing orders.

No we are sorry, You cannot combine reward points with other discounts

When you place an order without using reward points, for every INR 50 that you spend (excluding taxes) on sourcegoodfood.com we credit your reward points account with 1 reward point.

Yes, you can earn reward points by referring your family, friends and colleagues to sourcegoodfood.com. Your reward points will be credited into your account within 7 working days of them making their first purchase

You will be automatically be upgraded to the higher tier of VIP Reward points, which will give you more benefits

We have 3 tiers of program

The basic tier allows you to avail benefits up to INR 5000 per order using your reward points

The Silver tier allows you to avail benefits up to INR 10,000 per order using reward points. To qualify for the silver tier you must have accumulated at least 100,000 points

The Gold tier allows you to avail benefits up to INR 50,000 per order using reward points. To qualify for the Gold tier you must have accumulated at least 500,000 points

Yes you can subject to the returns policy, Your reward points will be restored accordingly.
