The fully matured Red Guavas , each loaded with richness of the fruit, from sorting to sterilization each step has been carried out with precision of extracting the pulp . The red guavas are washed, thawed, pulp extracted, inspected and frozen to -18°C or below. The process ensures that the natural flavor & aroma of the fruit is retained in final product. Guava fruits are amazingly rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber. Red guava pulp helps to give all natural glossy color to the product, also helps in improving the texture. Red pulp guava can be utilized in various chocolate, ice creams, jelly, jams range.
