To serve cold: Drain thoroughly, serve with a well seasoned mayonnaise or any other dressing. To serve hot: Re-heat thoroughly in a pan without bringing to the boiled. Add butter or oil, sugar, pepper,garlic and spices. May also be used to prepare couscous and other exotic recipes.
