How are microdried Fruit and Vegetable Powders made?

When compared to other traditional drying methods, MicroDried proprietary patented drying technology includes a low impact radiant energy vacuum (REV) system for dehydration, which preserves the most natural vitamins, minerals, polyphenols, and other nutrients in the fruit and vegetables while retaining more of the size, flavour, texture, and colour characteristics.
